About the Event Chef
The Event Chef is Alec Sonenthal, a 35 year veteran of the events industry. From starting his own events business in the early 90s to working with event planners around the world, Alec has brought his unique blend of communication, technical know-how and hands-on events experience to create The Event Chef as his latest approach to education, training and supporting event planners around the globe.
Alec hails from Austin Texas and Las Vegas Nevada and has worked with some of the largest event planning organizations and software publishers in the world. Alec's unique skillset of education, event delivery, technology knowledge and communication brings with him a powerful methodology of helping his clients create and deliver the best events possible.
